Pickleball Club
Pickleball combines the elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong. The game is played on a badminton size court with 20X44 dimensions, with paddles and a plastic ball with holes in it, much like a wiffleball. It is an all ages game because it is easy to learn and enjoy, there are 2.8 million players nationwide who play the game either socially or competitively. The courts are located on Gold Tee Drive adjacent to hole #1 on our South Golf Course.
Highlands Ridge Pickleball is home to the 4 time Men’s Central Florida Pickleball League Champions and the HR Ladies earned a Championship in their Central Florida League in 2018!

Highland’s Ridge Tennis
This club was formed to provide a way to get exercise, have fun and meet new people. All skill levels are welcome and encouraged to come out, even if it has been decades since they last played. We have no aspirations of playing in the US Open!
Currently, we play Thursday mornings from 9 am and Saturdays from 10 am with Tuesdays as an option. Our format is ‘open play’ which means you can come late, leave early or vice versa…it’s a drop-in/drop-out style of play. We have spare rackets and guests of residents and renters are always welcome to join us.

MGA
The MGA is an organization that allows members to participate in events and tournaments throughout the winter season. Men who are new to Highlands Ridge are provided an avenue for meeting other players and joining groups for their golfing pleasure. We attempt to provide competitive events that challenge skills and create golfing friendships. We continue to adapt our events to meet the needs of all of our members. Our premier events are the Member/Member and the Member/Guest tournaments.

LGA
The LGA has been a vital part of Highlands Ridge since the early 1990’s. The purpose of the Association is to promote interest in golf among ladies. We are fortunate to be in a league that offer two games per week, alternating between our two championship courses. With guidance from our Board and many volunteers, the league also hosts a number of special events and tournaments throughout the season, which runs from October through March. With a membership of approximately 100 ladies, the League offers numerous opportunities to participate in friendly competition and, more importantly, to form lasting friendships among a diverse group of women. New members are always welcome. Annual dues are $20.
